From the beginning, Ultimate Shuttle was established with a tradition of exceptional guest service. The strategy was simple: to be the premier shared ride transportation company, by taking care of the guest better than anyone else.Â

Safety
- All drivers are CORI background checked and meet state & federal standards of transporting children.
- Ultimate Shuttle has a random drug testing program for all employees.
- All vehicles meet or exceed the DTE standards which are the governing body for all transportation vehicles in Massachusetts.
- All vehicles are maintained to Ford’s recommended maintenance schedule.
- All uniformed drivers will have a company picture i.d.
- All cars are equipped with two way radios to keep in contact with the office
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- Ultimate livery requires that all cancellations be called in by telephone at least (12) twelve hours prior to the scheduled pick up. Cancellations by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. There will be a full charge for all reservations not cancelled within this guideline. Please note that it is standard practice of ultimate Livery to include a (20%) twenty percent gratuity for our drivers. This charge will remain.
- All reservations received via the internet will receive a confirmation via e-mail. If do not receive a confirmation e-mail then Ultimate Livery does not a reservation listed. If this should take place please contact us.
Luggage
- Each customer is allotted (2) two suitcases and (1) carry-on. There is a $10 charge per additional bag.
Holidays
- There is no shared van service on Christmas Day, Easter, after 6p.m. New Years Eve until 12 p.m. New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
- Individual van service is available with an additional $25 holiday charge.
